XTra VPN will never store or log your IP address beyond the duration of your VPN session, and we always delete your IP address after you disconnect from the VPN.
We do not keep logs of your online activities and never associate any domains, or applications that you access while the VPN is connected with you, your device, or your email. We care deeply about your privacy rights, and we will never log any traffic or usage of our VPN.
We do not sell or rent personal information to others, under any circumstance.
Your data is secured and rendered anonymous whenever you are connected to our Services.
While we always de-identify your IP address while connected to the VPN, remember that no VPN provider can control what other apps collect from your device or what cookies other websites or third parties place in your browser.
This policy is combined into our User Agreement (the “Terms”) and is a part of them.

XTra VPN guarantees a strict no-logs policy for VPN, meaning that the VPN is provided by an automated process, and your activities while using it are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored or passed to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses or other data. However, to limit the number of simultaneous sessions of an active user, an algorithm keeps their username and the timestamp of the last session status while the session is active. Xtra VPN does not condone or endorse any unlawful, illicit, criminal or fraudulent activities perpetrated by using the app. As XTra VPN protects and respects customer privacy, it does not log or track their activity in any way.

We have carefully engineered our apps and VPN servers to categorically eliminate sensitive information. As a result, this app can never be compelled to provide customer data that do not exist. XTra VPN takes your privacy seriously. Our commitment to your privacy means we never keep sensitive information and eliminate both activity logs and connection logs. Our systems are built around NOT knowing how customers utilize our services. We cannot answer questions like “Which users were connected to a given IP address at a specific time?” or “Which users accessed a particular website?” because we simply never possess those sensitive data.

We collect minimal information about your usage of our services:

Dates (not times) when connected to the VPN service
Choice of VPN server location
Total amount (in MB) of data transferred per day
Server load information: We monitor the server performance in order to recommend the most suitable servers to our customers. Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system type and version, unique identifiers, language, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you accessed the Service. Analytical data. We use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase By Google for A/B testing. Crashlytics for capture crash reports and retention tracking. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions, the interactions you make with the Service interface, etc. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record certain log file information, including time and date when you start and stop using the App, and how you interact with the App. Information about the applications. Name, API key (identifier for application), version, properties of our App can be reported for automated processing and analyses. Some services also record the list of applications and/or processes which are installed or run on your device. In-app events. When you use our App, analytics tools automatically record your activity information. Information provided automatically to analytics or advertising tools does not generally come to our control, therefore we cannot be responsible for processing such information. Please mind that some services are engaged in personal data profiling and may obtain information related to your personality and/or your device by using technologies that do not belong to our scope of responsibility. We do not control, supervise or stand surety for how the third parties process your personal data, that might be collected by their own means. User-associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate user behaviour, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, and plan new features. Performance data may also be used for displaying ads, including sharing with other entities that display ads.
A Device ID such as the device's advertising identifier or other app-bounded device identifiers, which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics.
Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, may be used to power analytics and advertising features.
Other user product interactions like app launch taps, and interaction information, like video views, may be used to improve advertising performance.
