As of the 30/04/2021 the online mobile and desktop version will NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE . Our new Android and iOS Apple app has replaced these platforms and are now available to download on the Google PlayStore and iOS App Stores respectively. Click the links below to download the app. If you are currently paying monthly or yearly on the old platform please read below to migrate to the app.

HERE WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE A PREMIUM MEMBER PAYING MONTHLY OR YEARLY (ON THE OLD PLATFORM)
MONTHLY MEMBERS - All monthly members on the old platform need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request cancellation of your monthly plans. Please ensure you specify your name and email address linked to the account. The plans will cancel immediately. It is your responsibility to request cancellation via Email as per our Terms or you will continue to be billed each month and NO refunds will be provided you have been warned. Once cancelled, you will then need to re register a new account via the mobile app and there you will get an option to sign up to the premium membership for a much lower monthly than what you have been paying (50% cheaper).
YEARLY MEMBERS - Most of our yearly plans started in August & September 2020 (9-10 months ago). So you could either sign up to 6 month plan or a Yearly plan via the App. Once done, send email@example.com a email with your app/PlayStore order number and we will pro rata a refund for you (via PayPal) depending on how long you have left on your existing yearly plan. You will also need to request cancellation of your yearly plan
