1. Please DO NOT share your logins we have an ip login tracker and anyone found sharing logins will be flagged and banned so dont do it. As you would agree we have made the pricing affordable for everyone to have their own subscriptions. Above all, sharing logins means that unauthorised people will be accessing the platform potentially slowing it down for everyone who has paid 
    

2. Data is provided by a reliable data provider who regularly updates the data. In the unlikely event of discrepancies in the data then please contact us and we will take it up with the provider
    

3. We only provide data on domestic league games and not cup competitions as there are far too many variables to consider and the data would not be accurate
    

4. As with all types of betting, nothing is guaranteed and the same applies to using the data provided in this application which means that even the highest probability selections can lose. But one thing we can guarantee is that you will have a far greater chance at consistently winning and getting an edge over the bookies with the data
    

5. By signing up to monthly and yearly plans, you agree to be auto billed each month or year respectively unless cancelled. If you would like to cancel you must send us an email to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately but your access will remain until the end of your billing period

Referral Partner Program Terms & Conditions (Plus above)

1. Before applying to become a partner, you must have any ACTIVE paid membership with us. If you cancel your membership, you will automatically lose any ongoing commissions assigned to your account from members you have referred. It is therefore recommended that partners purchase a lifetime access plan.
    

2. You must have a minimum of 400+ subscribers in your group or list in order to qualify for a partner account. We will make exceptions for smaller groups so feel free to contact us first. 
    

3. You will need to provide complete information about your groups. We review all applications and once approved you will receive an automated email with your Unique Referral code. This referral code must be provided to all your customers and its how we track any referrals when they sign up with us.
    

4. The 50% commission on all plans as per the below structure:
   -£4.99 Monthly plan Referrals: Commission will be £2.49 EVERY MONTH
   -£44.99 Yearly plan Referrals:  Commission will be £22.49 FOR THE FIRST YEAR ONLY
   -£79.99 Lifetime Access Referrals: Commission will be £39.99 ONE TIME ONLY
    

5. Commissions are paid monthly on the 1st of each month for the previous month signups.
   For example:  In May 2020 you had the following referral signups:
   3 Monthly = £7.47
   1 Yearly = £22.49 (paid once)
   1 Lifetime Access = £39.99 (paid once)
   You commission on 1st of June 2020 will be = £69.95
    

6. Commissions will ONLY be paid via PayPal. Other methods may be accepted but you must contact us first. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with the correct PayPal email upon signing up to our program. We will not be responsible for payments sent to the wrong email.
    

7. Depending on the type of PayPal account you have you may well be subject to PayPal fees that are out of our control.
